2. Franchisees have to work on their individual capacity. The franchisee
shall approach any store, anywhere, and have to explain to the store owner
about the ecommerce platform and ask them to get an online store in
KarnatakaStores.com.
3. For creating an online store, store owners will have to pay one time,
lifetime payment of just 20/- per product/service. We have readymade online stores for various
categories like vegetable store, fruits store, restaurant, kirana stores,
electronics stores etc with all respective products/categories added with
pictures/pricing/description by default. A store number will be allocated
to every store and a banner will be placed in front of the store
mentioning the online store number from wherein the customers can place
orders online from that particular store.
4. Thus, Franchisees will have two earning avenues. A) By bringing a new
franchisee for us an existing franchisee will earn 5000/-. This will be
paid from the 10,000/- FRANCHISEE fee paid by the new franchisee. B) For each online
store sold by a franchisee, he will earn 20/- per product/service. This will be paid
from the 20/- per product/service software cost paid by the stores. A Franchisee can thus
earn as much as he wants.

FRANCHISEE PROPOSAL
Who is a Franchisee?
FRANCHISEE means, any individual and/or any company who after paying the
franchise cost to us will sell our software. A franchisee can do the
business in any district/state. By definition FRANCHISE means an
authorization granted by a company to an individual or company enabling
them to carry out specified commercial activities.
Franchisee
Any individual and/or any company can become the FRANCHISEE by paying one
time lifetime payment of {Ten Thousands Only}. The software company can
have any number of FRANCHISEES in a district/state. However the software
company at their discretion can restrict the number of franchisees in a
district.
Payments will be taken by the company from the franchisees only after
signing of the Franchisee Agreement. The Agreement will be made in two
originals and each party will be in possession of one original. The
agreement format can be publicly downloaded from the website and is made
available to the franchisee prior to signing process.
Benefits For Franchisee's
A franchisee will not get any monetary
share from Software Company for the software sales made by any other
franchisee. A franchisee will earn only from the software sales directly
made by him. For each online store sold by a franchisee, he will earn 100%
i.e. 20/- per product/service. This will be paid from the 20/- per
product/service software cost paid by
the stores.
A franchisee will earn 50% i.e. 5000/- if they refer any other
franchisee to the Software Company. This will be paid from the 10,000/-
franchisee fee paid by the new franchisee.
Income Potential
1) Let's assume that you have paid us 10,000/- onetime lifetime payment
and have become franchisee.
2) Now let's see what happens when you earn 100% of each software sale
directly made by you. A normal district basically has up to 10,000 various
stores. We will assume that each store will add minimum 10 products. How
much is the cost of adding a single product/service. It's 20/- per product
one time lifetime payment. So income generated via software sales will be
10,000 stores multiplied by 10 products multiplied by 20/- = 20 Lakhs.
Now, suppose that you convinced 1000 stores yourself. Since you
will earn 100% of any software sale made by you, you will end up earning
minimum 2
Lakhs. How much you invested to become a franchisee? It's just 10,000/-.
Imagine if you sell the software to 100 stores each month, that's a 2
Lakhs income each and every month.
3) Now let's see what happens when you earn 50% of each franchisee
referred by you. We will assume that minimum only 10 franchisees a month
or total 100 franchisees a year, are referred by you. How much is the
franchisee fee? It's 10,000/- one time lifetime payment. So income
generated via franchisee referral will be 100 franchisees multiplied by
10,000/- = 10 Lakhs. Since you will earn 50% of any franchisee referred by
you, you will end up earning 5 Lakhs. How much you invested to become a
franchisee? It's just 10,000/-.
3) Thus overall you will earn 20 Lakhs by being franchisee. For
illustration, we calculated that the software is sold to just 100 stores
and 100 franchisee referral. While in reality since the software pricing
is reasonable and affordable more than 10000+ stores may end up buying our
software in just one district. In such a case scenario, any franchisee can
reap in much profit for an initial investment of just 10,000/- as
demonstrated above.
What Software:
1. The software is an Online, Multi State, Multi District, Multi Store
Ecommerce software by which any individual/store/shop/company (from now
will be referred as STORE) can sell their unlimited inventories
(products/services) via their own exclusive online store.
2. The online store of each vendor will appear in the common ecommerce
portal/marketplace YourStateStores.com. An online store owner need not
have a real physical store. The products/services offered for sale via any
online store will be in possession of store owner itself.
3. The online store software will be charged to stores for just 20/- per
product. We have readymade online stores for various categories like
vegetable store, fruits store, restaurant stores, kirana stores,
electronics stores etc with all respective products/categories added with
pictures/pricing/description by default. For example, consider a regular
kirana store. A regular kirana store is having minimum 100 products and
thus he will be charged {20/- * 100 = 2000/-}. Consider another store say
an automobile spare parts store. A spare parts store can have up to 1000
products in his store. Thus he will be charged {20/-*1000 = 20000/-}. This
charge will be a onetime lifetime payment for the VENDOR with no annual
maintenance charges or any additional charges.

Whenever any purchase occurs of any product/service by an end customer via
the online store of any vendor, the payment will be directly received by
the vendor if the payment is made by the customer via
Phonepe/Paytm/Gpay/Cash. If the purchase is made by the customer via Net
banking or Debit/Credit card, then the payment will be received by us. We
then will deduct flat service charge of 100/- and will pass the remaining
payment to the respective store owner from whose online store the sale
occurred.
5. The store then will deliver the product/service purchased by the end
customer either independently and/or with the help of Software Company
and/or with the help of franchisee of us, present in that district as the
case may be or as defined.
6. Thus we as Software Company will only be the facilitator/platform
(along with our franchisee's) of the sale/storage/delivery of
products/services of various stores present in our ecommerce
portal/marketplace.
